Win999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Fair Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Win999 platform, including the website at win999.lc, the Win999 mobile App, and all associated services — Sports betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, promotions, and account management features.

Win999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan players. Where any ambiguity arises, the English version on this page takes precedence. Win999 does not claim any government licensing, regulatory endorsement, or official approval from any Pakistan authority. These Terms are a statement of the rules under which Win999 operates the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use Win999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win999 is strictly an adult-only platform. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be the legal beneficial owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds.
• You must be registering and using the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a pre-existing restriction on accessing gambling platforms.
• You must not register if you are a current employee or contractor of Win999 or its affiliate businesses.

Win999 may request proof of age, identity, or payment method ownership at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the period specified, your account may be suspended pending verification.

3 Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one Win999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Win999 will close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed, and may restrict the primary account depending on the severity of the breach.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information must match the payment methods you use on the platform.

Win999 conducts identity verification as part of the account process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document. Accounts that fail or refuse verification cannot process withdrawals. Win999 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with anyone else. Win999 staff will never ask for your password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Win999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet & bank account)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (direct to registered bank account)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Win999 wallet promptly, but processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Win999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Win999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and your account may be reviewed.

Win999 is not responsible for any delays, errors, or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact Win999 support with your transaction reference.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Win999 offers a range of promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and a VIP loyalty programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Win999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, Casino Slots, and Live Casino games may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per payment method, and per device.
• Win999 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time or to change the terms of a promotion with reasonable notice.

PSL season promotions, Cricket free bets, and other event-specific offers are governed by the same general rules above in addition to any specific conditions stated on the Promotions page for that offer.

6 Betting Rules

Win999 Sports betting covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all Sports bets placed on Win999:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of any subsequent market movements — unless the bet is placed with live in-play pricing, in which case the accepted odds at confirmation apply.
• Win999 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a technical fault affected the odds or market display.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Win999's market-specific settlement rules apply. These are detailed in the Sports rules section of the platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by sport and market type.
• Win999 reserves the right to limit the stake or markets available to any individual account without providing a reason.

For PSL and international Cricket markets, Win999 follows standard Cricket betting settlement rules including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments for weather-affected matches. Specific settlement outcomes for interrupted matches are detailed in the Sports rules section accessible from the platform.

7 Casino & Live Casino

Win999's Casino section includes Slots, table games, and a Live Casino with real-time streamed tables for Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Andar Bahar. The following rules apply to Casino play:

• All Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under standard table rules.
• Game results are final once the round is complete. Technical disconnections during a round do not automatically void the round — the outcome is determined by the game server record at the time of disconnection.
• Win999 is not responsible for game software errors caused by third-party providers. Where a verifiable provider-side error is confirmed, affected rounds may be voided.
• Slot game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published or available from the respective game provider. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Casino balance and Sports balance are held in the same PKR wallet — no internal transfer is required to move between sections.

8 Account Conduct

Players are expected to use Win999 fairly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets or Casino wagers without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Sports or Casino outcomes, share bonus funds, or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win999 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

Win999 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account behaviour, and payment anomalies. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Win999 may freeze the account, void relevant transactions, and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. In serious cases, Win999 reserves the right to close the account permanently without prior notice.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win999 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Win999 support immediately.

Win999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and not reusing passwords from other services. You should log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Win999 will never contact you asking for your password, PIN, or full payment card details through email, SMS, or chat. Any communication purporting to be from Win999 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent.

Win999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable precautions to protect their credentials, or where the player has knowingly or negligently shared access with a third party.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Win999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for account action include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bets, and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not implicated in the breach will generally be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification being complete.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact Win999 support. Any pending bets or Casino rounds will be settled according to their normal rules. Your remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Privacy & Data

Win999 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and platform operation. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your data are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering a Win999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you should not register an account.

Win999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

Win999 is committed to providing a platform where players can manage their gaming activity responsibly. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to keep spending within your personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of active play to help you keep track of time on the platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

Win999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Win999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

Win999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions outside Win999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained a technical error, provided that Win999 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Third-party payment provider delays, charges, or failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

Win999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Win999 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, Win999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Win999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
